By accessing or using Time In Focus OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Purpose of Time In Focus OS
Time In Focus OS is a personal planning and life-management tool. It may help organize information, surface priorities, generate recommendations, and prepare or execute actions that a user explicitly approves.
Your account and information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not use another person's account or connect an external account that you are not authorized to use.
Google Calendar and third-party services
Time In Focus OS may allow users to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Time In Focus OS will not intentionally create or update a Google Calendar event from an AI-proposed action unless the relevant action has been approved under the Time In Focus OS action flow and calendar syncing is enabled.
Third-party services can change, become unavailable, revoke access, or experience outages. Time In Focus OS is not responsible for the operation of third-party platforms.
AI-generated information
Time In Focus OS may use automated systems and AI to help organize data and generate suggestions. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether to act on them.
Financial, health, legal, and professional information
Time In Focus OS is not a bank, financial adviser, medical provider, attorney, tax professional, or other licensed professional service. Information provided through the service is for organization and general informational purposes and should not replace qualified professional advice when such advice is appropriate.

Acceptable use
You may not use Time In Focus OS to violate law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or misuse connected accounts or integrations.
Service availability
Time In Focus OS is provided on an “as available” basis. Uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and perfect recommendation accuracy are not guaranteed.
Changes and termination
Time In Focus OS and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.
