What Time In Focus OS is

Time In Focus OS is a personal operating system designed to help users organize priorities, tasks, projects, finances, credit, health, learning, values, reviews, scheduling, and related planning information.

Information we collect

Time In Focus OS may store information users choose to provide, including profile and onboarding answers, tasks, goals, projects, planning entries, health logs, learning information, reflections, preferences, feedback, uploaded reference material, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Google Calendar data

If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, Time In Focus OS may request permission to read upcoming events and to create or update calendar events tied to actions the user explicitly approves. Calendar data is used only for planning, scheduling, conflict-awareness, and user-approved calendar features.

Time In Focus OS does not sell Google Calendar data, does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and does not allow unrelated users to access another user's connected Google account. Users may disconnect Google Calendar and may also revoke access from their Google Account settings.

Time In Focus OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and personalize Time In Focus OS features, generate user-requested planning and recommendations, maintain preferences, support approved actions, protect accounts, troubleshoot problems, and improve product reliability.

Sharing and sale of data

Time In Focus OS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers and infrastructure vendors only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide requested features, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

User controls

Users can manage many profile and preference settings inside Time In Focus OS. Where available, users can delete or archive records, disable approved-action calendar syncing, disconnect integrations, and submit privacy concerns through the in-app feedback system.

Security

Time In Focus OS uses access controls and application safeguards intended to restrict user-owned records to the appropriate account. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their login credentials and connected accounts.

Children

Time In Focus OS is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Time In Focus OS develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing notice in the application.
